Don't forget that the first Saturday in May is Free Comic Book Day at just about any comic store. Most comic companies provide at least one comic for free per customer, so it's possible to walk out with a sizable stack. If you are in our area, Heroes Your Mom Threw Out has lots of really neat books for you. While you are there, he also has some awesome sales. Since I'll be at the ArtsFest on Saturday, they let me have mine early. Quite a lot of nice stuff -- including some fun all-ages comics.
